Good Samaritan International is a 501C3 non-profit organization working to aid the poor in Central America. This includes medical care, building projects, education, and nutrition.

Xeroderma Pigmentosum is a rare genetic disorder whereby a patient’s DNA lacks the ability to repair damage from ultraviolet sunlight.  The disorder leads to skin cancer and blindness in early childhood.  Unless, these patients receive medical care and protection from sun exposure, the XP victims die at an early age from malignant carcinoma.
